Terms and Conditions for Orders Placed with Embroport as of February 1, 2021, and thereafter, until further amended.
- Embryoport ensures that the qualified embryologist accompany the dry shipper at all times.
- We accept that Embryoport IVF Courier cannot guarantee that the transported human biological materials will survive the transportation, nor can Embryoport be held responsible for any loss, damage or delay to the human biological material once they leave the care of the company or its agents.
- For any loss or damage to the transported materials, Embryoport will compensate the affected patient with a sum of £8000 paid directly to the patient after completing the required documents.
- Embryoport accepts no responsibility for any abnormality or deficiency of any resulting child born as a consequence of the use of the human biological material transported.
- Embryoport adopt a strict confidentiality policy where no identifiable information regarding the patient details or the transported materials will be disclosed to any 3rd party without prior patient or clinic consent.
- It is the responsibility of the importing and exporting clinics to ensure that all the required documents are reviewed and correct before the transport date.
- We will fully refund the transportation fees with a 24 hours notice cancellation after deducting any bank transfer fees.
- We will strive to respond to any request within 24 hours notice but we cannot guarantee that for every request and carry no responsibility for not accepting a transfer with this time limit.
- Embryoport is responsible for the transport of screened embryos/gametes in a screened dry shipper only based on the information provided by the clinic about the screening status of the embryos.
- Embryoport will inform the customer (patient of clinic) of any incident that may affect the viability of the transported materials within 12 hours either via email or a phone call during the normal working hours.
- For international transport outside the UK, the transport fees will be non-refundable once the transport date is agreed as this insures non-refundable costs e.g. flight ticket and hotel reservation.
